We always want our customers to be happy with their purchase. Our goal is for our products to bring joy and excitement when they arrive at your home — so you'll want to come back again and again.
If for any reason you're disappointed with your order, we’ll do our best to resolve the issue, following a few simple rules for exchanges, returns, and refunds.
Right of Withdrawal & Change of Mind
If you wish to return or exchange a product due to regret or change of mind — when the product is in perfect condition but doesn’t meet your expectations — you have up to 7 (seven) calendar days from the delivery date to request a return via email or phone.
How to proceed with a return or exchange for change of mind:
Contact our support team by email.
Send the product back via the postal service, with shipping costs covered by the customer, to the sender’s address.
Important: The product must be in its original packaging, unused, with all seals intact (if applicable), and include all original accessories.
Once the product is received and the above conditions are verified, you may choose between:
Store Credit equal to the full amount paid, which can be used for another purchase immediately or within 6 months.
Refund via the same payment method used at checkout.
Note: If the order has already been shipped and cancellation is requested, the customer must wait for the product to arrive, then return it to the provided address before the refund can be processed.
The store is not obligated to exchange any item that shows signs of misuse or to fulfill return requests made after the deadline.
Sizing Information & Legal Notice
We provide size measurements in centimeters for all our products to help ensure the right fit.
According to the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code – Article 18, the store is not legally obligated to exchange items due to the customer’s regret related to color, size, model, or any other personal preference.
The right guaranteed by law applies only to defective products.
Other Situations
All the above scenarios — and any others that may arise — must be communicated to our support team via phone or email.
Products returned without prior notice, after the return period, or missing items/accessories may be returned to the customer without prior consultation.
In addition to the cases mentioned, you should refuse delivery if any of the following occur:
Packaging is open or damaged
Product is damaged
Product differs from the order
Missing accessories
If you still accept the delivery, please contact our support team within 72 hours of receipt.
